Meprolight, an international electro optics provider for military, law enforcement and civilian markets announces the release of NOA DUAL FIELD, part of the cutting-edge NOA Uncooled Thermal Weapon Sights Family. The Noa Dual-Field Thermal Weapon Sight will be featured at Milipol 2011, October 18-21 2011 in Paris, Booth No. 1E 075.
The New NOA DUAL-FIELD is a feature-rich uncooled thermal weapon sight for long range sniper rifles delivering the ability to change from observation to targeting by optically switching magnification between 7x to 3x. It enables snipers to detect the target in the wide Field-of-View, using the 3x magnification and upon detection of target switching easily to a farther field using the 7x magnification, enabling better target recognition, thus preventing identification faults.
The new version is designed for snipers who operate under harsh environmental conditions and need to observe and accurately engage targets at long ranges reaching more than 1,000 meters in variable weather conditions and very limited light availability or total darkness.

Lightweight and low power consuming, NOA DUAL FIELD assures up to eight hours of continuous operation further extended using Standby mode.
NOA sights, with their high resolution and digital zoom, detect targets in urban or densely vegetated areas, including camouflaged people or targets behind camouflage nets.
At Milipol, Meprolight will also highlight its recently introduced Mepro NOA NYX – Un-cooled Thermal Sight with 2X magnification and the Mepro M5, Meprolight’s lightweight red dot sight, designed mainly for CQB scenarios
