Frequently Asked Questions

The plastic on my FT bullseye sight is cloudy and my dot is not as bright as it should be. Is there something I can do about this?

Make sure to not get any oil on the sight during pistol maintenance.

My Tru-Dot night sights are white! Is this ok?

The sights will be white during the daytime to provide contrast, but the inner tritium tube (which emits lights) will glow green which is only visible in low light or nighttime conditions.

When horizontal lines are centered mid dot on the front sight and the two vertical lines are aligned, you’re on target. 

Mepro FT Bullseye™ Rear Sight — Powered by fiber-optics for day light conditions and tritium for low-light and nighttime conditions, this low-profile, single gun sight is simple and intuitive. Align the dot in the center of the ring and you’re on target. No front sight needed. Red or green reticles are available.

Mepro FT Bullseye™ Front Sight — is the next evolution of the FT Bullseye™ family. Like its counterpart, it is 

 powered by fiber-optics for day light conditions and tritium for low-light and nighttime conditions, this low-profile, single gun sight is simple and intuitive. The rear sight is not needed (A dovetail filler for different pistols is provided with the sight. Align the dot in the center of the circle on the front sight and you’re on target.

Mepro FL Bullseye™ Rear Sight — is powered by fiber-optics for bright conditions during the day and by an integrated battery for low-light and nighttime conditions. The LED light sensor automatically adjusts to changing light providing a bright point of aim sight picture. Front sight not needed. Align the dot in the center of the circle on the front sight and you’re on target. The Light source with the built in Battery can be replaced after few  years of use.

Mepro Evergreen™ Fixed Sights — is a super bright LED-based illuminated handgun sight. Based on an illuminated sight patent, the LED power source is inserted into both the front and rear sections of the metal housing ensuring crystal clear view of the sight dots for 5 years of continuous operation.

microRDS — is a micro red dot sight with Quick Detach Adaptor for handguns and can also pull double duty as a back-up sight on rifles and shotguns.  With the QD Adaptor, it is easily mounted on the existing rear dovetail slot. No need to drill and tap the slide. With the QD Adaptor, you receive the Meprolight Tru-Dot® sights that it attaches to. Once Zeroed In, you can mount and dismount the microRDS without re-zeroing.
